The key to the success of Finesse courses is in the building block structure, enabling busy women to integrate each concept rather than overwhelm. It is through the action of doing that we retain information, hence our ethos pillar of education and knowledge leading to empowerment. 

Confidence takes time to lose, and it is Jane’s belief is that it takes time to restore.
